All BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken products are made with chickens supplied by leading poultry suppliers, reared in a pollution-free, temperature-controlled, and safely enclosed farm closely monitored by computers.

The Chickens We Use

Unlike chickens reared in traditional open farms, the chickens we use are not exposed to other aviary animals, eliminating the risk of contamination.

Each chicken is also inspected by a government veterinarian to ensure that it is healthy before it is processed in the GMP, ISO 9001 QMS, HACCP and Halal certified slaughterhouse. The chickens are then rigorously inspected by state-accredited veterinarians before a final check by a BRAND’S® quality assurance personnel to ensure the highest quality and hygiene before it is processed in a BRAND’S® factory.

BRAND’S<sup>®</sup> Essence of Chicken Manufacturing Process – Step 01 - Extraction of Essence

Step 1

The meat is minced to allow extraction of essence.

Step 2

The high heat and pressure break down the protein naturally present in the chicken broth into smaller peptides that are easily absorbed by the human body.

Step 3

This chicken broth is then processed in a high-speed centrifugal machine to completely remove its fat and cholesterol content. The result is a cholesterol-free and fat-free essence of chicken.

Step 4

Excess water is removed to increase the density and concentration of the chicken essence as well as to maintain its original taste. This is three to four times more concentrated than normal chicken soup.

Step 5

Ensure the consistency of the density, colour and nutritional value of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken.

Step 6

The essence of chicken is bottled through a filtering and vacuum-sealing process in a safe and hygienic facility. All essence of chicken undergo uniform bottling and vacuum-sealing procedures.

Step 7

All bottled BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken are heat-sterilised using a combination of temperature and pressure to destroy all microbiological activity, ensuring safe consumption and a long shelf-life of two to three years without the need for preservatives.

Step 8

Every BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken bottle will pass through light inspection before packing.

Step 9

Using a high-tech vacuum technology, every bottle of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken is verified for its optimal quality before leaving the factory.

Step 10

The bottled BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken is then labelled, boxed, weighted twice and undergoes other safety checks automatically before the final stamping of manufacturing and expiry dates.
