• 1 bottle of BRAND’S® InnerShine® Berry Essence (42ml)
• 8 pcs of small bananas (peeled)
• 8 pcs of spring roll wrappers
• 4 tsp of gula melaka (grated)
• 1 Egg

How to prepare

1. Place a banana in the centre of a spring roll wrapper and sprinkle with ½ tsp gula melaka.
2. Brush wedges of wrapper with egg wash and roll to enclose.
3. Repeat with remaining bananas, sugar and wrappers.
4. Heat enough oil to come half way up the sides of a medium frying pan.
5. Deep-fry spring roll for 1-2 minutes or until golden and dry on paper towel to remove excess oil.
6. Drizzle BRAND’S® InnerShine® Berry Essence over spring rolls.
7. Serve with the remaining Berry Essence as a dipping sauce on the side.
