Ingredients
• 2 bottles of BRAND’S® InnerShine® Berry Essence (42ml)
• 4 pcs of banana
• 1 punnet of strawberries (hulled)
• 2½ cups of milk
• 1 tbsp of honey
• 1 tbsp of chia seeds
How to prepare
1. Place 4 pcs of bananas, two bottles of 42ml BRAND’S® InnerShine® Berry Essence, 1 punnet of strawberries, 2½ of milk and 1 tbsp of honey into the blender. Blend till smooth.
2. Sprinkle chia seeds on top to serve.
