3. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid with purchase of one (1) pack out of participating BRAND’S® Berry Essence pack. The range packs are (i) BRAND'S® Berry Essence ("6" bottles x 42ml); (ii) BRAND'S® Berry Essence ("12" bottles x 42ml); and is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
4. This Promotion is open to all participants who are (a) aged 18 years old and above, (b) residing in Singapore, and (c) not employees of Cerebos Pacific Limited (trading as “BRAND’S Suntory Asia and referred to as BRAND’S) and its advertising agencies & vendors, nor their immediate families.
5. Participating retailers: Fairprice, Giant, Cold Storage, Sheng Siong, Guardian, Watsons, Lazada, RedMart and Shopee.
6. Participants of this Promotion should ensure that all cut outs from the promotional flap (the “Coupon(s)”) so as to redeem the PastaMania appetizer or pasta. PastaMania reserves the right to reject such cut out from the promotional flaps if such cut outs are defaced, damaged or do not include the full set of barcode for redemption.
7. All redemptions must be made on or before 30th November 2018. Redemptions made after 30th November 2018 will be ineligible.
8. Redemption for this Promotion is valid at all PastaMania outlets in Singapore.
9. Coupon(s) is not valid for usage with other types of promotions, vouchers, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
10. Coupon(s) are not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or any other items in part or in full.
11. Notwithstanding anything herein, BRAND’S has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a participant in participating in the Promotion. BRAND’S decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final and no correspondence or claims will be entertained.
12. BRAND’S shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, any error in any computer system or equipment or any lost or delayed entries.
13. BRAND’S reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the details of this Promotion without prior notice, and no claim shall be made against BRAND’S with respect to any such amendment.
14. BRAND’S does not make any warranty or representation to the availability, suitability of use and quality of any prize(s) in connection with this Promotion and does not accept any liability in respect of such prize(s). BRAND’S reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with other(s) of similar value should the prize(s) be unavailable for any reason. BRAND’S is not an agent of the supplier/ merchant of the products and services comprising the prizes or vice versa. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the supplier/merchant. Redemption and use of the prize(s) for this Promotion are also subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier/merchant.
15. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Promotion and the decisions of BRAND’S. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law.
