Terms & Conditions
Redeem one (1) free Ogawa Cuddly Touch Neck Massager (worth S$68) (the "Premium") with minimum S$68 nett spend on BRAND’S® products in a single receipt (the "Promotion").
Subject to this terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"), a Participant who satisfies the minimum nett spend on BRAND’S® products and has successfully submitted an entry via SMS shall be eligible for BRAND’S® 12 Mornings Campaign Ogawa Lucky Draw.
This Promotion is organised by Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pte. Ltd., trading as BRAND’S® Suntory Asia ("referred to as "we", "our", "us" or "BRAND’S®" below) and valid for purchases made from 15th April 2021 – 14th June 2021 (the "Promotion Period") on BRAND’S® products. All Premium is on WHILE STOCKS LAST basis. Premiums are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or refundable by the participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Brand’s®.
Each entry submitted must be accompanied with original single receipt, with minimum S$68 nett spend on any BRAND’S® products at the participating retailers set out below (the "Participating Retailers") during the Promotion Period.
Duplicate receipts or submission of multiple entries with the same receipt shall be disqualified automatically.
Successful eligible entries will be processed, and a redemption letter will be mailed to the participant’s mailing address within 14 working days. Customer may walk in to any Ogawa stores with the redemption letter to redeemed the Premium. The last day of redemption of the Premium shall be 18 July 2021. Unclaimed premiums will be forfeited.
How to redeem:
Have a S$68 nett spend on BRAND’S® products in a single receipt.
SMS in the following format: "BRANDS <space>Name<space>Receipt no." to 9010 2322
E.g. BRANDS LUCAS TAN 1234
An SMS will be sent to you – the SMS would contain an internet webpage link for you to access to upload your name, mobile number, mailing address, email and purchase receipt. Please upload a clear image of the full receipt on the internet webpage link provided.
Upon successful verification of the receipt entry, a redemption letter will be sent to the mailing address submitted.
You may walk in to any Ogawa stores in Singapore with the redemption letter to redeem the Premium.
The closing date for entry submission is 21st June 2021, 23:59hrs.
The types of entries set out below shall be disqualified:
entries received after 22 June 2021; or
receipts which are damaged, tampered, or modified;
unclear, incomplete, duplicate, copies, illegible, unreadable, invalid details, incorrect entries or entries without proof of purchase; or
entries that violate the Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws and/or regulations.
BRAND’S® reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
undermines, has or has attempted to undermine the operation of the Promotion by fraud, cheating or deception; and/or
are not eligible or unable to provide proof of eligibility to participate in the Promotion for verification by BRAND’S® when requested.
By submitting an entry to the Promotion, participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from the participation in the Promotion, including without limitation, telecommunications, network, Short Messaging Services, postal and all such other charges and out-of-pocket expenses as may be incurred by a Participant during or in connection with the Promotion shall be borne by the participant.
Proof of submission of an entry is not proof of receipt, and BRAND’S® shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions. BRAND’S® is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of its telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
By entering this Promotion, each participant (or "you") consent(s) to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in the manner and for the purposes (i) as set out in part 7 below, and (ii) as set out in our Privacy Statement which is accessible on our website at https://www.brandsworld.com.sg/en/privacy-policy.html
We will collect, use and disclose your personal data as stated in part 7 herein for the following purposes:
recording of each participant's personal data for entry in this Promotion;
verification of such personal data;
communication with each participant for purposes related to this Promotion;
disclosing your personal data to our appointed agency and other authorised third parties, if any, for purposes of operating, reporting or promoting this Promotion; and/or
such further or consequential use of personal data as and when necessary in the operation of this Promotion.
This promotion is open to all who are (a) aged 18 years old and above at the start of the Promotion Period, (b) residing in Singapore, and (c) not employees and family members of employers of BRAND’S®, its advertising agencies, and retailers associated with this Promotion.
Notwithstanding anything herein, Suntory has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a participant in participating in the Promotion or receiving the Premium. Suntory’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
BRAND’S® reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person or participant, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Promotion Period, make substitutions for the Premium(s), cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, participants agree that their continued participation in the Promotion will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as revised).
Suntory shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this Promotion and premiums, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, the redemption or use of the Premium.
Suntory does not make any warranty or representation to the availability, fitness for purpose, suitability of use and quality of the Premium(s) and does not accept any liability in respect of such Premium(s). Suntory reserves the right to replace the Premium with other(s) of similar value should the Premium be unavailable for any reason, without prior notice. Suntory is not an agent of the supplier/merchant of the products and services comprising the Premium or vice versa. Any disputes in relation to the Premium should be resolved directly with the aforementioned supplier/merchant.
By participating in this Promotion, Participant(s) agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion and the decisions of Suntory.
