Question: Are the bottles airtight?
 
Answer:  The opening of every bottle is covered with a tamper-evident aluminium seal which prevents air and moisture from entering. We’ve also added a separate pack of non-edible dessicant to ensure that the tablets are kept dry at all times. Even the bottle itself is made of specially selected materials which can keep out moisture and air. Care has been given to design the best protection for our product.

Question: How can I be sure that the BRAND’S Health Supplement I bought has not been tampered with?
 
Answer:  Our bottles have new generation tamper-proof caps, and the opening of every bottle is covered with a tamper-evident aluminium seal which prevents air and moisture from entering. If any one of these is either broken or missing, do not use the product.

Question: How do you ensure the tablets are kept dry?
 
Answer:  The opening of the bottle is covered with an aluminium seal which stops air and moisture from entering. Within the bottle, a pack of non-edible dessicant is also added to absorb any moisture present within the bottle. Even the bottle is made of specially selected materials which have the ability to keep out moisture and air.The coating on each of the tablets also minimises moisture absorption.

Question: What’s that crumpled plastic sheet doing inside the bottle?
 
Answer:  That is a polyethylene sheet which is the latest material used by packaging specialists in Japan and the USA. Unlike older packaging materials (e.g. cotton wool and sponge), polyethylene does not react with or impart an odour to the ingredients. It packs the tablets and cushions the tablets against mechanical forces, preventing them from chipping and breaking.
