Terms & Conditions: Due to overwhelming responses, Cerebos has amended the Terms & Conditions:
1. Contest ends 31 July 2010. 2. This promotion is open to all Singapore residents except employees of Cerebos Pacific Ltd (“Cerebos”), its advertising agencies and their immediate family members. 3. Cerebos reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion and for the redemption of any prize without prior notice. 4. This contest is only applicable to BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken Wang Lee Hom promotional pack (6s x 70g). 5. SMS must be sent in the following format to 77177: BRANDS <space> 6-digit unique contest code <space> Date of birth (DDMMYY format) <space> Name. Incomplete SMS entries will be disqualified. 6. Each SMS costs $0.20 and will be charged to your mobile phone bill. Prepaid card subscribers are not eligible to participate. Participants under 18 years old must seek parental consent. 7. Each Unique contest code is printed at the back of each bottle label of Wang Lee Hom promotional pack. 8. Participants may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be submitted using a NEW unique contest code. Entries with repeated unique code will be disqualified. 9. All entries received by 23.59HR on 31 July 2010 will be eligible for 2 August 2010 Grand Lucky Draw. 10. Winners will be notified via telephone on prize collection instructions and location within 7 working days after the draw date. 11. Prizes not collected by 3 September 2010 will be forfeited and donated to charity of Cerebos’ choice. 12. Winners may authorize (in writing) another person to collect the prize on their behalf. The authorized person must present a signed letter of authorization with a copy of the winner’s NRIC during the collection. 13. The judges’ decision is final and no contest to the decision will be entertained. 14. Except for cash prizes, all other prizes are not exchangeable for cash in part or in full. 15. All prizes to be used by the winners and not for reselling purpose. 16. Participation in this contest constitutes permission to Cerebos to use the names and particulars of participants for marketing, advertising and trade activities purposes and in any manner Cerebos deems appropriate. 17. Cerebos shall not be responsible for any loss or expenses incurred by the winners for any additional terms and conditions imposed by the prize sponsors. 18. Whereas diligence is taken to ensure the availability of a prize, Cerebos shall be entitled to replace the awarded prize with another of similar value in the event that the prize sponsors withdraw or fail to provide the same for any reason.
