
Use the Calorie-Exercise Counter to find out the amount of calories in the food you eat.
After you've selected the type of food and the quantity, click on "Calculate", and the Calorie-Exercise Counter will provide you with the amount of calories you have taken in.
In addition, you can also choose how many calories you'd like to burn off doing your preferred activity.
The Calorie-Exercise Counter will tell you how much time you need to spend on that activity to burn off the calories.

- Children, women and older adults require about 1600 calories/day.
- Teenage girls, active women and most men require about 2200 calories/day.
- Teenage boys and active men require about 2800 calories/per day.
