Aiming to reach out to health-conscious consumers, BRAND’S® took part in the Body SOS event to impart its expertise in health and nutrition. The event was an opportunity for BRAND’S® to showcase how its products can complement a healthy lifestyle.

BRAND’S® principle scientist Dr Sherry Wang gave an insightful talk in both English and Mandarin to two fully packed seminar rooms, expounding the role of superfoods in health remedies, and answering queries from the floor with regards to the topic.

In addition, Ms Ling Ai Tan – a certified nutritionist and regular guest on Love 97.2 FM’s and Capital 95.8 FM’s health talk shows – was on hand to provide a body composite analysis. It involved examining body mass index (BMI), metabolic rate, muscle and fat percentages, as well as other health indicators.

The highlight of the event was a recipe-sharing session where attendees got to sample two simple and healthy recipes using BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken with Cordyceps and BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken with Tangkwei respectively. Printed copies of the two recipes were also distributed so that families can try them out for themselves at home.
